5. Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Under Swiss law, digital content that has been downloaded or accessed is generally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with your prior consent.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve it or offer a replacement. Refunds are granted at our discretion in cases of genuine technical failure.
We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the content, as the subject matter and scope of each product are described in full on the product page before purchase.
